In October of 2023, the Lantos Foundation awarded its 15th Lantos Human Rights Prize to Professor Irwin Cotler, a renowned human rights lawyer, former Canadian Minister of Justice, and Canada’s first Special Envoy on Holocaust Remembrance and Combating Antisemitism. The ceremony was held in Washington, DC. Among those who pursue justice, Professor Cotler is truly first among equals.
